OXCHIC ships to United States, its territories and to over 100+ countries via the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx Express for Express international packages.  All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of notice M-F and usually arrive at destination between 5-10 business days.

Canada & International - $14.00 flat rate shipping (7-20 Business Days)

International Priority - $34 (6-14 Business Days)

International USPS-FedexExpress - $50 (4-7 Business Days) With Tracking

Middle Eastern Shipping: 

To maintain utmost customer satisfaction and due to strict customs regulation in the Middle East, we only offer USPS Global Express Guaranteed: $50.00. Packages sent via this service will arrive within 10 business days. We kindly request the customers to provide their contact number at which they can be reached which needs to be listed on the customs form.  Please note any delays caused are out of our control and might be due to customs inspection. 

Notice for international customers: We cannot track international orders, although a limited tracking link is provided to us by the USPS. OXCHIC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. We are also not to be held responsible for any additional fees upon delivery and customs may hold orders longer for inspection. OXCHIC does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. 

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS AND TAXES:

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Depending on the goods being shipped, charges may or may not be incurred by the customer and assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For both free and  paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing custom or taxes cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don't  refuse a delivery. unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
